4. Orders and Payment

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to Timmins, Sudbury, and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of grocery products, we have specific return and refund policies:

• Perishable items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged
• Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing refunds

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Grocart Inc. and protected by copyright laws.
